Join Adbrew's Affiliate Program

You will earn a commission on referred users who meet the following criteria:

• The user clicks on your unique affiliate link and signs up for a paid subscription on our platform.
• The user maintains their paid subscription for a minimum of 3 consecutive months.
• If a user signs up without using the affiliate link, please notify us at affiliate@adbrew.io to avoid any conflicts, as our sales team may already be engaged with the same lead.
• The commission fee will be 10% of the referral’s subscription amount for their lifetime. Commissions will be paid quarterly, with payments made in the first week of January, April, July, and October.

We will not award commissions for free trials, canceled subscriptions, or chargebacks.

We pay commissions on a quarterly basis (every 3 months). You will receive earnings for qualified referrals who have maintained their subscriptions throughout the entire 3-month period of that quarter.

We currently support PayPal as our payout method.

Adbrew uses First Promoter as its affiliate platform. Any processing fees incurred will be the responsibility of the promoter. You are also responsible for any taxes related to the referral commissions you receive.

Once the commission amount for each quarter is approved, our team will promptly reach out to request an invoice. Please note that Adbrew will process commission payments only after receiving the invoice.

We will provide you with unique affiliate links to promote our platform. You are free to place them on your website, social media channels, or other marketing materials.

Here are some guidelines for promoting our platform:

• You are not permitted to present yourself as an employee of Adbrew or as an authorized representative of the company.
• You may not use misleading or deceptive practices to promote our platform.
• You cannot run paid advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) for affiliate promotion.
• You are not allowed to share your Adbrew Promotion Code on any social media platform.
• You must disclose that you are an affiliate and may earn a commission for referrals.
• You may not engage in spam activities or promote our platform on websites with inappropriate content.
• You are not allowed to violate Adbrew’s intellectual property rights or promote Adbrew’s technical capabilities through any form of bulk messaging.
• You need to provide the referral information within one month of the referral’s signup date.
• If we are already engaged with a lead and you inform us about the same lead, attribution will lie with Adbrew.

We reserve the right to terminate your participation in the program at any time for violating these terms and conditions or engaging in activities that damage our brand reputation.

Adbrew reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. We will notify you of any changes by email or by posting the updated terms on our website.
