Goals
Health is about more than simply wellness—it’s about comfort as well. K2 Health Products (K2 Health) works hard to design, develop, and test high-quality items that are as soothing as they are effective.
K2 Health is well established on the Amazon store with a vast product catalog. They wanted to maximize performance and budget and create structured advertising campaigns for individual products, but standard advertising options offered limited control and generic enhancements that weren’t flexible enough to meet their specific needs.
Looking for an adaptive new advertising approach, K2 Health turned to Amazon Ads Advanced partner Adbrew. Adbrew offers state-of-the-art capabilities and guided strategies to help advertisers achieve remarkable results.
Approach
Adbrew developed campaign management capabilities that help advertisers take complete control over their advertising campaigns through customizations and fine-tuned enhancements supported by smart technology. The capabilities connect to Amazon Ads through the Amazon Ads API and use insights from Amazon Marketing Stream for optimization. With these capabilities, advertisers can easily launch campaigns, identify and add relevant keyword, product, and category refinements, and use algorithms to continuously enhance the campaigns. These plug-and-play capabilities also empower advertisers to create custom strategies without the limitations of generic templates.
In August 2023, K2 Health used Adbrew’s capabilities to launch tailored campaigns with minimal effort and to optimize them to achieve their return on ad spend (ROAS) goals. First, K2 Health categorized and labeled the products in their large catalog, then designed and launched custom structures for each product. For example, they reached a wide audience with new product launches through a full-funnel Sponsored Products campaign structure. Using Adbrew’s Repeat for Product feature, they grouped product variations—different sizes and colors—to both streamline campaign management and experiment with different campaign structures.
After efficiently launching 122 campaigns in eight months, K2 Health used Adbrew’s enhancement tools for both their new and existing campaigns. Working toward their ROAS goals, the brand configured bidding rule sets to refine and optimize their strategy. For example, they set minimum and maximum bid thresholds for each campaign, which ensured that their cost per click was profitable. They also enhanced ad placement and budget allocation to further maximize performance. Finally, through Adbrew’s platform, they analyzed Amazon Marketing Stream insights to develop a customized day-parting strategy. This approach helped to identify the most profitable hours for each product line and empowered them to schedule ads during these high-performing times, reducing wasted ad spend.

Results
K2 Health’s new campaigns generated more than $1 million in incremental sales while maintaining a 3.24 ROAS.1 Moreover, the brand optimized their existing campaigns, which helped them increase ad-attributed sales by 10%2 and total sales by 24.66%.3 At the same time, they boosted their position in the bestseller ranks, climbing from outside the top 100–500 to the top 20–25 in categories such as diaper liners, gloves, and bed wedges.4
Using Adbrew’s capabilities, K2 Health could spend more time on strategy rather than implementation. The capabilities, now available globally, helped Adbrew become a Technology Innovation Award finalist in the 2024 Amazon Ads Partner Awards. Dedicated to ongoing improvements, Adbrew plans to use their learnings from this success to enhance campaign creation efficiency and performance through their tools. They will also introduce new templates regularly and implement real-time budget optimization to deliver exceptional results to their clients.
